Dr. Eng. Mohamed Zein brings more than 35 years of professional experience in executive management, business development, and organizational transformation across multiple industries. He has over 17 years of experience with multinational oil companies, including Shell and Esso, where he held several leadership positions at both the local and regional levels.
He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Ain Shams University (1988) and a Doctorate in Business Administration. Currently, he serves as the CEO and Managing Director of Alamal Alsharif Company, where he leads the company’s strategic direction toward expansion and strengthening its position as a leading provider of integrated piping solutions for infrastructure projects, including water, gas, and telecommunications sectors.
Dr. Zein is widely recognized for his expertise in developing corporate strategies, building high-performance teams, and driving sustainable growth. He also has extensive experience in developing new business channels, enhancing operational efficiency, and expanding market share for the organizations he has led.
He is also a certified leadership and business coach accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has been serving as a Board Member of the ICF Egypt Chapter since 2017. In addition, he is a member of the Sales Management Association, the global professional organization specialized in sales management and operations.
Through his strategic vision and diverse leadership experience, Dr. Khalifa has successfully led several organizational transformations, launched innovative business models, and achieved significant improvements in the operational and commercial performance of the organizations he has served.
